2 tablespoons butter, softened
3 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/3 cups whole wheat bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/2 cup flaxseeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Based on the bread machine directions, add all ingredients except the sunflower seeds in the recommended order.
Start the basic white cycle of the bread machine. When the alert sounds during the knead cycle, add the sunflower seeds.
Allow the bread to bake in the machine. Remove the loaf and set aside to cool.
