Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups water

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 1 1/2 cups bread flour

  • 1 1/3 cups whole wheat bread flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast

  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Directions

  • Based on the bread machine directions, add all ingredients except the sunflower seeds in the recommended order.

  • Start the basic white cycle of the bread machine. When the alert sounds during the knead cycle, add the sunflower seeds.

  • Allow the bread to bake in the machine. Remove the loaf and set aside to cool.
