1 shallot, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup garbanzo beans, cooked and drained
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 bunch Swiss chard, chopped
1 large tomato, sliced
1/2 lemon, juiced
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chopped shallot and green onions for 3-5 minutes or until tender.
Stir in the garbanzo beans, salt, and pepper and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add the sliced tomato and Swiss chard and keep cooking until the chard begins to wilt, stirring occasionally.
Drizzle lemon juice over the greens and cook until completely heated. Serve immediately.
