1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (14.5 ounces each) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 (15 ounces each) cans pinto beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can cream style corn
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 package taco seasoning
1 cup water
Brown the beef and onions in a medium pot. When the beef is done cooking, drain the grease.
Add the tomatoes with green chilies, pinto beans, black beans, corn, ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning, and water to the pot. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
