Ingredients

  • 1 pound pre-made pizza dough

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup basil, chopped

  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 500°F.

  • On a greased 14x6-inch baking sheet, stretch the pizza dough. Lightly brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese.

  • In a medium bowl, combine the basil leaves, cherry tomatoes, and black pepper, then layer evenly over the dough.
