1 cup broccoli, chopped
4 prepackaged crepes, 8 inches each
4 ounces reduced-sodium turkey breast, sliced
1/2 cup reduced-fat Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, finely shredded
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a baking dish with an even layer of cooking spray.
In a pot, steam the broccoli for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
Heat the crepes according to the package directions. Place equal portions of the turkey, broccoli, and cheese on each crepe.
Roll up the crepes around the filling, and place seam side down in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
