1 pound lean ground beef
1 1/4 cups low-sodium salsa
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 carrot, shredded
2 plum tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Using hands, shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased baking pan.
