2 yellow onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups dried lentils, rinsed, cooked, and mashed
3 cups brown rice, cooked
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
3/4 cup tomato sauce
3-4 cups water
Salt to taste
1/2 cup ketchup
Preheat an oven to 350°F.
Cook the onions in olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat until golden brown.
Meanwhile, combine all ingredients except ketchup in a large bowl. Pour into a greased baking dish. Spread ketchup across the top and bake for 1 hour. Serve immediately.
