2 cups sliced zucchini
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Line a baking pan with aluminum foil, and coat with olive oil.
Coat sliced zucchini with garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste and place on baking pan.
Broil in preheated oven until the cheese starts to brown, approximately 5 minutes.
