They were my husband's and now my son's pediatricians and they are great. No matter what time or day it is if you call them after hours they will call you back within 5 min of leaving a message and they are very friendly, informative and flexible...

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
