Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.

Dr. Hein is patient and listens throughly and allows you to fully explain before he comments. Dr. Hein is a kind & gental man and a Dr with good manners. I would recommend and would not change unless I moved really far away. As for the oddice: There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
