My family has been seeing Dr. Patel for over 20 years(1st seen him at his office in Bladensburg by the high school) he is a wonderful doctor as well as a wonderful person he's always cheerful and has a smile on his face really cares for his patients. My husband and I are so appreciative for what he did for our daughter when she was 11 months old after repeatedly going to her pediatrician every 6 weeks just for them to give her more antibiotics for an ear infection my mother in law suggested we take her to Dr. Patel the day we did we were shocked to find out daughter had no hearing in her left ear and only 5% in her right ear THANK GOD for Dr. Patel he scheduled our daughter for surgery to have tubes inserted in her ears right away and with his knowledge and urgency our daughter was able to hear and speak due to him catching this issue in time. He is a great man and doctor and the only doctor for the 1st 4 years of our daughters life that she was not afraid of and trusted and still does to this day he is her favorite doctor and of course my husbands, mine and our sons =:-) My daughter has said when she has kids(she will be 20 in January no kids planned anytime soon)she will take them to him if needed. Besides being our doctor we consider him a family friend. I highly recommend him always to family and friends you will not be disappointed when you see Dr. Patel he is one of the best but in our book and our family he is THE BEST DOCTOR

I had suffered sinus pain for awhile before being referred to Dr. Patel. He had both a friendly and professional manner and I quickly felt at ease. He made my wife feel at ease, as well. He quickly identified the problem(s) and suggested surgery for long term relief. My surgery went well, and I was back on my feet in a few days. Follow up care was easy to schedule. I was very happy with the care I got and have been without sinus pain for several years. I have also been back to Dr. Patel for other, more routine care a few times. Scheduling is easy; parking is easy; access is easy.

The waiting room here is spacious. I didn't feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I have only had an appointment here once. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. When I called they answered right away. Their staff is the most friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Office is very clean and staff is very nice. Best ENT in the area!!

Dr. Patel is the best. I had a sleep apnea problem and he identified and helped me through the process. He takes extra time to make sure I understood everything that was happening to me at night. I would highly recommend you see him if you have any sleeping issues.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
