I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
