The office has been in very confused state since change to Parkview umbrella!
I call for prescriptions and when I arrive at office they are never available!
I call for appointments and always big ordeal; most times never receive @ call back!
What is wrong there!

I couldn't believe how friendly their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best offices I've ever seen. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The doctor even relates well with parents. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
