I have been thoroughly satisfied with the care and treatment that I received from Dr. David Scapini. On my first visit, we discussed the treatment options and he answered all of my questions. My surgery went precisely as planned and as we had discussed. My office visits have been a pleasant experience, as he is punctual and his support staff is courteous. The new offices are very nice. I find Dr. Scapini to be competent and very personable.

I had a bad experience with Dr. David Scapini. I took my 3 year old son to him and he spent 10 minutes with him and asked what do you want to do.I told him I need his opinion....he had the I don't care I am in a hurry attitude. I tried asking him questions and what are my other options which he was annoyed with and wasn't answering .So I told him let me call my husband for 2 minutes and ask his opinion on what I should do. Dr. Scapini rudely told me to go out and make the call cuz he needs the room for other patients.So I went outside to make the call. My husband told me it is better we see another specialist cuz God forbid something goes wrong during surgery this doctor would not even give us the time to answer our concerns. Dr. Scapini asked what is my decision so I told him with all respect I will just pay my copay and leave cuz my husband and I decided to see another specialist who can politely answer our questions /concerns and explain the procedure to us. This angered him and he waved his arm and said "just get out of here" in front of other patients and his staff.I told him I would not disrespect him like that and I expect the same courtesy but he kept mumbling so I figured it is better I pay and leave. I cried in the car becuz of his disrespectful behavior .....but I don't regret my decision to see another specialist cuz I am my son's advocate and I have the right to ask questions concerning his health and there is no shame in expecting good quality care.
