FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS VERY RUDE. I COULD HEAR THE DOCTOR TALKING TO THE PATIENTS ABOUT THEIR CARE AND MAKING UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS RIGHT IN THE HALLWAY. THEN AS A NEW PATIENT WITH SEVERAL CONCERNS THE ONLY PERSON THAT GAVE ME THE TIME OF DAY WAS THE NURSE, SHE SPENT MORE TIME WITH ME THAN THE DOCTOR, BUT THEN AGAIN HE WAS TOO BUSY WITH THE DRUG REPS TO EVEN CARE WHY I WAS THERE. I WONT GO BACK, ALREADY FOUND ANOTHER PROVIDER.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Not really, I was a little uneasy

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything
