I previously left a negative review, and my comments were COVERED UP - as I can see were SEVERAL OTHER patients' comments - especially the negative comments!!! I furiously approached this problem PERSONALLY with Dr. Yee, and even he was angry!! Regardless, how many people did not receive truthful information?? So, BEWARE, those who are looking for a doctor re: cosmetic surgery!! Look for a doctor who belongs to HONOR SOCIETIES!! WHO has numerous AWARDS, and NOT from local magazines!! PS - my face was RUINED by Dr. YEE - do your shopping!!!

It is now one year post-op and I wish I had NEVER met Dr. Yee. I had lower blepharoplasty surgery and am left with MULTIPLE scars - long and low ones, at that. When people speak to me, they look at my SCARS - NOT in my eyes. I am SO ASHAMED! I am also left with huge hollows filled with wrinkles... I never had wrinkles before this. They don't even match the rest of my face. I have been through many hardships before in my life, but THIS one is the hardest to swallow. My face is out there for everyone to see. Shame on you, Dr. Yee.... $2,000 for your "artistry" - displayed on my face. You can be sure that people I care about will NOT be coming to you...

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive.
