I have been a patient of Dr. Pack for about 15 years. Every time I have gone to the office, he and his staff have made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly. The staff is friendly and organized - always on top of things. I rarely have had to wait long and can usually count on being in and out of there within 40 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. Dr. Pack has always provided clear explanations, offering treatment options and any other information needed. Dr. Pack has performed surgery on me three times, and I have always been satisfied with the results.

Dr. Pack has knowledge of the issues and has a good bedside manner. I think the chairs are comfortable for a podiatirst office. I called for followups and the nursing staff was condecending and rude. The nursing staff person I spoke to made light of the foot issues I had and acted as if I annoyed her or took too much of her time. Due to the nature of the nursing staff I will find another podiatrist for care. This is not a slight on Dr. Packs skillset. I think he needs to reproach his staff as they are going to cost him clients. He has just lost one here.
