Project MKUltra was the code name of a U.S. government covert research operation experimenting in the behavioral engineering of humans (mind control) through the CIA's Scientific Intelligence Division. The program began in the early 1950s, was officially sanctioned in 1953, was reduced in scope in 1964, further curtailed in 1967 and the public was lied to that it was "officially halted" in 1973. Dr. Mehendale participates in this illegal experimentation on his patients because his office is a CIA front to hide illegal activity electronic harassment experiments. I would encourage any patient to stop seeing this man immediately for any medical reasons. There is a good chance you could be targeted for experimentation if you see him for any reason. You could possibly be Cause Stalked aka Gang Stalked for years not knowing what is happening. A doctor in San Antonio TX named John Hall is a victim himself trying to shed light on this activity that is not well known or believed to exist by many, it does exist. It sounds crazy but anybody can google this to look it up or this quote "out of the ashes of the phenoix will rise a New World Order" which makes this very obvious that they participate once you learn about why they Gang Stalk innocent citizens totally against the Fourth Admendment.
