They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. My kids have been going here for years. They love Dr. Spiess. The office keeps getting better every year. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It doesn't matter how many times I call with a question or concern, they are always happy to help me. It is very obvious that they take pride in the office's appearance. It is very organized and kid-friendly. Hats off to the Office Manager. I would definitely recommend this place.

No, they don't over-treat my child

This man argued with me about my son's arm being broken. After I demaned x-rays it proved I was indeed right and his arm was broken. There was no doctor in Casa Grande who accepts Tricare to put a cast on someone. I called and complained to the orthopedic surgeans office and that doctor in retaliation called Spiess and made up stories about my husband and I. Dr. Spiess in turn said we were rude in his office and dropped us. We were never rude to any body, they did not like us questioning a doctor as to why he would be so un-American and not take MILITARY insurance. My husband was injurned in the Navy in order for us to keep our freedom. Dr. Spiess and Dr. Erikson do not get enough money from our government so they in turn do not take military insurance.
