I came to Dr. Natori and Seaview Peds with my 2 1/2 and 10 month old wanting to find care closer to our home and had a great experience with Dr. Natori's husband, Dr. Foster, for ourselves. I can't tell you how awful it was. I'm a working Mom so time is precious. The office staff was rude and completely not accommodating on any level. They confirmed an appointment via phone and after I took off work, ran to the daycare to get the kids and rushed them to the appointment they told me they had accidentally scheduled me for that day and couldn't see me. I was charged to switch my records for the visit and when I called the office staff to discuss it the office manager, Kathy, ended up hanging up on me. I'm absolutely amazed that this place is open for business after treating people like this. If a parent can't even work with the office staff, I can only imagine what the care for a child would be like. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASTLE!!!! P.S. I love Dr. Downes with Irvine Peds
