Dr. Malka was always extremely welcoming and accommodating. She's warm, friendly, and truly cares about her patients; I've referred many friends to her and all have had the same experience. She's very well organized, has a vast knowledge in many areas and I always felt she listened to me carefully, asking good questions and evaluating all options. She was also great about following up on my phone calls or any office questions I had. She never let herself be called away from our visit; her full attention was always on me, and I never felt rushed.
