Be careful of this “Zietak doctor”. She is very harmful. Please insist of seeing someone else. Inland Medical Evaluation has a very bad reputation because of doctors like her. Take a witness with you and a tape recorder to protect yourself. She denied everything she said when I complained against her in spite of having a witness. She is a professional liar. She is incompetent.

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

No. I still haven't talked to them.

No, I had to leave I was so distressed

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
