They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. He was one of the nicest doctors I've ever met. He will truly be missed. RIP Dr. Goldfarb

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
