Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. However, I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. My mom has gone to her for soooo many years without diagnosis of a seriously escalating issue with her memory. I made an emergency appointment for a referral, and the staff was wonderful to accomodate. When the day arrived, it was treated like a check up. I didn't get a referral. When I asked if she still has to come back in 4wks for her scheduled appointment Dr Kelly said yes. I'm thinking: TO DO WHAT?? draw more blood and send her home with no medicine, treatment, specialist's opinion/referral...if you are looking for an average doctor, you might be ok. If you want anything more special, seek elsewhere.
