Won’t answer phones. Everyone seems nice enough. But whenever I call I hear click. No “can you hold for one minute” like most doctors just click. So they hang up on you. I’ve tried unsuccessfully to schedule a biopsy several times but to no avail.

I would NOT recommend this Doctors office to anyone after the issue I've been trying MONTHS to get fixed. Due to WRONG information by Dr Byers office staff member, a billing error was made and Dr Byer has told his billing person to "push" for the payment of $280+ that I was charged after paying my stated $30 co-pay.
I have filed a complaint with the AG's Office to have them step in as well as make them aware of how I'm being treated and how Dr Byer is handling this Office Error by his staff.

Set up appointment and gave my cell number to person for contacting me. I took off from work early for appointment and when I got there they said they had tried to call and tell me the appointment had been cancelled, but my phone was out of order. My phone was NOT out of order, they had used an OLD number from years back instead of the cell number I told them to use. To be honest, I was probably the rude one, but rather than work with me to get me in ASAP they merely said it would be another month. Time for a new ENT if the office staff is at all reflective of the medical staff.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
