Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

The advice on two instances to schedule an appointment for me has been "Go to the ER." That is very odd advice considering this is not a medical emergency. I have had a fever for a few days and the over the counter medication has not cured the problem yet. I was hoping to get an appointment so that I can have something more potent prescribed. We have all been through routine care for matters like this and get what we need very easily to recover from a fever. To be denied being seen for something so simple is very upsetting. This is supposed to be my PCP and was selected for me as a primary care physician by my carrier since I am new to the area and have not seen a doctor in about 2 years. Since I am not an established patient, they could not see me because they do not have my records and will not arrange for my records to be received from my prior doctor in Long Beach NY. In addition to not being able to help me with walking through the process of obtaining an appt, arranging the delivery of whatever records they need, it is upsetting to hear office staff not be cordial with potential customers.

When asking how long I had these symptoms, she responded with a very shocked tone to hear I had had the feverish symptoms since Monday (this is the 5th day) and had no interest in helping me after hearing this, which makes me wonder why she would ask the question anyway. This followed with a "Go to the ER, is the only thing I can tell you." With that type of office staff, it is amazing anyone would patronize this doctors practice. If the physician has any idea that his office staff chases away patients, you would think they would be concerned but perhaps this is the normal day in the life for doctors with practices that are overloaded.
