Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They answered some of my questions...they were somewhat responsive but I still felt like I needed more information. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. The office staff is VERY RUDE to anyone calling office for results or if you have your primary Dr call for info they are rude !!! The Dr is a nice man but would not go there again tried and tried but can not get past the rude people that work there, MY HEALTH is important to me and not to them I'm just a bother in there day.
