I saw Dr. Littzi as a new patient recently she too the time to listen to me and explained my complicated problems so that I could understand. Her staff were accommodating and pleasant. She is smart, kind and you can tell she cares about her patients. I am sending the rest of my my family.

I believe Dr. Litzzi is a competent doctor but her office staff in the New Canaan office is horrible. I agree with the review that questioned her business practices. Whether intentional or out of ignorance I was overbilled for services and given the run around when trying to straighten it out.

I trust Dr Littzi which is saying a lot for me. She's decisive and willing to explain, listens and is actually quite thoughtful.

Dr. Littzi may be a competent doctor but she is not very nice. I saw her a few times because she was located in the town where I live. At one point I had paid her via online bill pay, which unbeknownst to me, sent checks with a 90 expiration date on them. She sat on my check for 100+ days and it was kicked back by the bank. She then wanted to charge me $25 for the check not going through even after I explained that there was plenty of money in the account and that it was her bad business management that caused the check to bounce in the first place. It was stated on the check that it was good for 90 days, that is more than ample time to get a check deposited AND her office was located across the street from her bank. ACROSS the damn street. Her attitude and the attitudes of her office staff were horrid. I am completely convinced that the anonymous reviews that speak of good service are made up by her own staff. Attitude must be a genetic problem because her sister the dermatologist is hideous with children or anyone coming in for a non-cosmetic procedure. She can't get rid of you fast enough.

My baby hurt his eye and Dr. Littzi and her staff were great with her. I came early and they took us right in when they saw she was crying.
Thank you so very much for your caring and kindness and the baby feels much better today.

The doctor is very kind person. I am very worry that I can see again and my eye is hurt much. the doctor talk very calm and she is gentle clean my eye.

When I come back she give me sample to save me money and she is smile much.

I love this doctor very much.

One thing I know for sure is that they will never get a recommendation from me. Their eye care equipment was some of the oldest equipment I have ever seen. I was a little disappointed that the staff was not more helpful when I called with my questions and concerns. This appointment was clearly not time and money well spent. I should have gotten a better recommendation from someone.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The doctor spent extra time with me to discuss various issues pertaining to quality care. I highly recommend Dr. Littzi

Dr. Littzi is definitely smart and probably a good physician, but I didn't trust her business practices.
