They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was so pleased with how friendly this doctor was. Made me feel right at home and so nice! Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
