I wish that they had been a little bit more forthcoming with information. While some of my questions did get answered, I still had some that I was unsure about. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I couldn't believe how much they pressured me to schedule my surgery right away before I had any time to think about whether I wanted to do it or not. I definitely didn't feel like they had my best interest in mind. I wish they had shown my some before and after photos from other patients, but they didn't. It would have given me more confidence in their level of skill.
