I'm a nurse so I try to be as understanding as possible to healthcare providers when I am the patient but my experience at the Haddonfield office has been unbelievably poor.

Every appointment I had started about 45-1 hr after the scheduled appointment time. The secretaries are rude as was Dr. Burns. I had a small 3mm mole removed by one of the partners. After a few days I noticed about half of the mole still present with unsightly scar tissue. I went back to the office to get the rest of the mole removed. MD Burns told me that a freckle had spontaneously formed right where the mole used to be and he wouldn't want to touch the work of his partner. That his partner had a "great reputation and I wouldn't question her work." He then told me, "I don't expect we'll be seeing you again."

He was completely unprofessional. I went to the office and was perfectly nice, pointing out that the whole mole clearly had not been completely removed. I can't believe I was treated like the incompetent one. In my mind, I was trying to spare the MD the embarrassment that a simple mole removal was a diffficulty for his partner.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I never write reviews, but I hope to spare others from being as unfortunate as I was. DO NOT GO HERE.
