There are times you may wait but that is because he takes his time with each patient to treat you as a. Individual. He truly cares about relieving his patients from the burden of the chronic pain from which they suffer. He will take his time to explain things so you understand and what options he feels are most beneficial.

You will wait until you are ready to get out of the waiting room. The first time I tried to see him I waited 2 and 1/2 hours and finally gave up and left. I tried again this week, asked for the first appointment of the day, I was given a 9 o'clock appointment. I showed up 25 minutes early to fill out paperwork. To my surprise there were 3 people in the waiting room and when I was given the sign-in sheet I saw that there were people who had appointments at 8, 8:15, 8:30, 8:45. The scheduling person just gave me an appointment without any regards for my request. I waited for 1 and 1/2 hours and finally left. There is no consideration for the patient, it is all about scheduling as many patients as possible to increase revenue. I will NEVER go back.

Very nice, professional staff. Clean office. Fairly easy to get an appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Petershon is extremely professional and knowledgeable, but that also makes him have a slightly gruff manner. He's not exactly gentle in his office exams, but he is gentle in the operating room. He doesn't have a lot of sympathy, but, I guess I'd rather have results than a tissue to cry into. He's much better than the previous pain management docs I've seen.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
