Made me feel comfortable from the moment I met Dr. Rosenberg. Explained everything very carefully so i knew what to expect on my surgery day. I am incredibly happy with my result, and would recommend Dr. R and his staff to anyone

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Something great about this office is the fantastic chairs they have in their waiting room. I could practically fall asleep while waiting to see the doctor. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Rosenberg to a friend or family member

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
