While I never had an issue with their commitment to children, this office makes me angry every time I go there. They have way too many patients for their staff and waits are ALWAYS well over an hour with a scheduled appointment. If you dare make a sick visit, plan for three+ hours. You also never see the same doctor twice. Aside from the two partners, doctors come and go in this place. I was also a little annoyed when I found out most were PAs and not doctors (see during well visits). On sick visits we were always seen by an actual doctor.
Billing is also terrible. I have had to prove my co-pays were paid at least seven times in the three years I've taken my son there. Hang on to those receipts or pay with a credit card.
With a newborn now added to the family, it's time to go somewhere else.

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
