I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.

While Dr Vittengl himself was a very good doctor , I have not seen him in over year , every time I go in it is only a NP there for patients to see. As for the front office staff. They really need to find people who know how to work in a medical office. I have had many problems with them not billing me and my ins. company properly thus leading me to have to make phone calls between them all. Then when I needed paperwork sent over to specialist for me to see . it required me agan calling them again and again to get them to simply fax over my paperwork. After the second day of waiting for the paperwork I called and told them I was still waiting for the paperwork I at least got an apology from the girl I talked to and a promise she would ge it done asap. Only to get a phone call back fro m them this time is was the main office woman accusing me of NEVER having called them to ask for the paperwork . Sounded more like she was trying to cover her own you know what. I have also recieved bills from them for services never done on me. Good thing I always call and question them about this stuff, how many people have just sent them the money i wonder?

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
