The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They really care about their patients. They really take the time to check on you even when off the clock. You don't see that much nowadays. They are the best!!!

Dr. Vittengl and company have been taking care of me for nearly 25 years. He's an excellent diagnostician (sp?). He's also kind, Going there is like visiting cousins I like a great deal. The staff know me and therefore can put whatever problem I'm having into perspective with my history. From the front desk, through to the nurses, and ultimately to the doctor or the PA, it's clear I'm in wonderful hands. We're blessed to have this crew in Malta.

The Dr. has always been very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Whenever I had a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I am always treated terribly. I no longer am seen by this office and will never return or recommend. The staff needs training on customer service. No matter if i called or was there for an appointment there was never any kindness in there voices or on their faces. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. May God Bless them.
