I had been to another endocrinologist in a large practice. All he was interested in was doing exploratory surgery. Dr. Ginsburg was so kind, calming, and reassuring. I never needed that surgery.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was pleased with the friendliness of the doctor. It is something I look for in health care providers. I appreciated the fact that the staff was so friendly and nice. I felt very welcome.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
