I appreciated that during the appointment they addressed both me and my child. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. My son had a fever of 104 and they refused to see him because my insurance card was left at another office my care giver had visited that day. I had to leave work and pick up my child to take him to the ER when they were standing in the doctors office. That made me change doctors imediately!
