It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
