One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
