Dr. Bonnie Epstein is a great dermatologist. She is devoted to her patient’s best interests and treats you with dignity and respect. One evening I learned of my son’s discomfort from a worsening rash. I called Dr. Epstein’s home number. She answered on the second ring and told me, “you did the right thing to call me.” She is an expert in diagnosing skin cancers. Dr. Epstein is everything you could ever want in a doctor.

Dr. Bonnie Epstein is a fabulous dematologist. She is very patient-oriented, and can handle any skin problem. I had a terrible rash, and her treatment made it go away immediately. If you need the best dermatologist, you will be very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Epstein.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I got an appointment quickly. And the doctor is nice enough and pleasant. She made me feel comfortable. But I was left feeling very bothered. She was not thorough enough. When I told her I had other moles I was concerned with, she refused to check them out. From about 5 or 6 feet away she said they looked fine. The last dermatologist I saw gave me a quick full body examination when I went to her with about some suspicious moles along with advice. Epstein didn't really want to be bothered. She indicated if I wanted any more help I would need to make another appointment. She is probably a great doctor who knows what's she's doing, but I got the impression that she doesn't put her patients first, but the mighty dollar. If I had gone back for a second appointment, maybe she would have given me a more comprehensive examination.. But it rubs me the wrong way when a doctor does this. Again, she is the sweetest lady you will ever meet, but if she isn't going to address all your concerns unless you make 2 or 3 appointments, I think I will go elsewhere.
