The office is clean, with comfortable waiting room chairs, and they should be considering how long one must wait. I have seen this provider for YEARS and the practice seems chronically overbooked, patients consistently have to wait extended periods of time after a scheduled appointment to be seen.

The front desk promptly greets, but waits of 1 hr past scheduled appointment time are not unusual (that is, over an hour sitting in the waiting room before being called back by a nurse, not counting additional time to see the doctor) . Sometimes the office cannot fit sick patients in the schedule and suggests going to the ER instead. That being said, when one finally sees the doctor, Dr. Gordon recalls patients by name and takes his time to listen. He will refer to specialists to get to the source of any problem.

The office is located in the AAMC campus.
