I had multiple procedures done with dr Lowe at once , he answered every question I had over 2 consultations plus many more over the phone anytime I call. Received a call that night from dr Lowe after surgery and was always able to speak to a nurse or doctor every time I would call with a question no matter how minor. Highly recommend him and his staff , would never use another doctor. Also got a last minute appt w an associate doctor within hours of calling to reassure me of a question, very happy!

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Not at all, they were ridiculous!
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
Yes, I had to wait forever.
