The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
