One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I wish they had made an effort to make the examining rooms more inviting to children but they didn't. The reception staff was less than friendly and when we showed up for our appointment, the door was locked and we had to bang on it to get them to let us in. They seemed annoyed that they had to let us in. The waiting area was dirty and made me uncomfortable. The patient room was small and cramped and seemed cluttered with boxes. That was scary. I tried not to let my feelings affect my child's comfort. We saw Dr Natowitz and she was a very attentive and caring physician who referred us to experts for our child's issues. I felt that was excellent care we received from her. The place was old, but they can still sweep up, the receptionists can be more friendly and they can try to make better use of space. That would improve the experience a lot. (plus not locking their clients out)
Let your patients in the waiting room, and gently inform them to please wait. Why is that so hard? It should not be, nor should it cause the receptionist annoyance to simply be pleasant to a client.
