At first he seemed really cold but once I called him on it, he really lightened up. I find him knowledgeable and he is quick to give helpful advice. I don't expect my thyroid doctor to be my friend...I want him to help me get my thyroid to work well. He delivers.

This doctor is very cold and arrogant. He does not ask questions, or listen to the patient. He makes no attempt to understand the full medical situation. He gives a lecture, and does not interact with the patient. I have no idea what his technical skills are, but he does not practice the art of medicine. His complete disinterest in the patient is patently obvious.

My 25 daughter is severely disabled (physically and mentally). I called them to get a confirmation that she does or does not have osteoporosis as another doctor has suggested. When I told them that she has BCBS and VA Medicaid, they denied her service because her SECONDARY insurance is Medicaid. My daughter has many doctors who do not accept Medicaid and I pay what BCBS contracts with them. They just kept saying this was their "office practice". In the 9 years that my daughter has had Medicaid, I have NEVER heard or seen this practice before. BE VERY WARY OF THIS MEDICAL OFFICE - learn ALL of their "office practices" before seeing them!

There is no comparison!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I have been his patient for the past 14 years. I can only say that he has kept me alive, and I am very thankful for that.
