I wasn't that impressed. The appointment was on-time, staff was ok (nothing bad, nothing great). Dr. Fuchs seemed pretty rushed and spent a total of 4 minutes with me. His response to one question (an odd sunburn) was "I don't know" and a blank stare. Not exact what you'd like to hear from a skin expert. Overall I had four different reasons to see Dr Fuchs and he answered three and then seemed rushed and left.

I got most things answered but the rushed feeling and not spending much time at all with me means I'll likely be looking for someone else in the future.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I always feel that I am receiving the BEST skin care ever. Been going here for 20 years, and now my kids go too.

I wasn't impressed. Office old. Staff OK. Doctor OK but not particularly helpful for what I went there for. I probably won't be back. Parking flat rate of $4.
