I thought Dr. Kaufman was a straight shooter and very helpful in advising me how to improve my skincare routine as well as protecting it from further damage. I recently had patch testing done to determine a skin allergy and he took the time to recommend products and gave advice on how to reduce any further reactions due to a product found in most sunscreens (octisalate). I am grateful he took the time to talk with me when the dermatoligist who did the patch testing could not get away to her next patient fast enough.

I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

Dr Kaufman took care of my dangerous skin condition. He is Senior and has expertise. He fixed me and cleaned up my skin...I would only go to him now...I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

Their prices were fair. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Tried to get my records to support a move out of state and was given incorrect information over the phone about what would be required.
