I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
