Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

A little, it was faint but I noticed one
